Six fitters start on Monday, the site is in Hörde, and nobody has a bed yet. That is the call we take most often. We let single, double and multi-bed rooms in furnished apartments across Dortmund, from seven nights upwards, and we answer in English.
What a night costs, and what it includes
A single or double room costs €21.40 per room and night, a multi-bed room for three people €28.89. All prices include statutory German VAT.

On top of that comes the final cleaning of €160.50 per apartment and stay. Seven nights in a double room come to €149.80, and with the cleaning that is €310.30 for the apartment. There is no deposit, and cancellation stays free until the day of arrival. From three months onwards we quote a monthly price on request. Rheinlanddamm 6, our main house on the B 1
The tower block at Rheinlanddamm 6 in Körne holds 50 furnished apartments on ten floors, one to three rooms each, 30 to 65 m². Every apartment has a balcony, and there is a lift. The building was stripped back and refurbished in 2017 and 2018, it got new wiring and a fire alarm system in 2018 and a new façade in 2020. A café and a kiosk that takes parcels sit on the ground floor.
The Märkische Straße light rail stop is 21 m from the door, served by lines U41 and U47, bus 400 and the night buses NE5 and NE6. Driving without traffic, the main station and the Westfalenhallen exhibition grounds are both 3.2 km and six minutes away, the port at Speicherstraße 4.7 km and nine minutes, Dortmund Airport 10.8 km and 18 minutes. The A 40 at junction Dortmund-Barop is 3.9 km and five minutes off. Five supermarkets stand within one kilometre along Märkische Straße.

Fourteen houses are spread over the city, so your crew can sleep near the job rather than across town.
- City centre — Rheinlanddamm 6 in Körne and the house on Harnackstraße in the Kreuzviertel.
- North — Evinger Platz and Schwarzenbergstraße in Eving, Siegburgstraße in Mengede, Am Quellweg, Danckwardtstraße, Kippstraße and Barthstraße in Scharnhorst.
- East — Apfelbaumweg in Wambel, Lantfridweg and Schüruferstraße in Aplerbeck.
- West and south — Faberstraße in Kirchlinde and Persebecker Straße in Persebeck.
Who sleeps in our rooms
Site crews and industrial fitters book the rooms described on the page about worker accommodation in Dortmund. Teams that want a kitchen and a door of their own take a whole flat, which is explained under furnished apartments. Personnel and purchasing departments book through the page for companies and agencies. Across Germany we run more than 800 of our own beds, and firms such as Porsche, BMW and Amazon have housed staff in them.
What is in the apartment
Wi-Fi, a kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine for work clothes. Bed linen on separate single beds, a bathroom with shower of your own, and a desk. Please bring your own towels. Professional cleaners go through the apartment before every arrival.
From the first call to the key
Tell us the number of people, the dates and the place of work by phone, by e-mail or through the form. You get an offer with the free rooms, the price per room and night and the final cleaning. After your confirmation the apartment is held for you. On arrival you let yourself in, late in the evening if that is when the shift ends. Extending works whenever rooms are free.
Invoices, VAT and vehicles
Room prices include statutory German VAT, and on request the whole team goes on one invoice. Firms entitled to deduct input tax can claim the VAT shown, under the statutory conditions. Parking with a van is possible, so please say how many vehicles are coming when you enquire.
