Two vans reach Dortmund at half past ten at night, the site opens again at seven, and six men need a bed in between. That is the job this page is written for. We let single, double and three-bed rooms in furnished apartments, from seven nights upwards, to the firms who keep those crews on the road.
A bed after the late shift
You let yourself in whenever you turn up, at midnight as easily as at midday. There is no arrival window to hit and nobody to wait for, because the key is handled without a desk. We send the written check-in instructions before the arrival day, and they work the same at every house.
What a crew pays per night
A room costs €21.40 a night whether one man or two sleep in it, and a three-bed room costs €28.89. Statutory German VAT is already in those figures.

Professional cleaners go through each apartment before an arrival, and that cleaning is charged once per apartment and stay, at €160.50. Two men sharing a double room for seven nights therefore pay €149.80 for the beds and €310.30 with the cleaning. We take no deposit, and a booking can be cancelled free of charge until the day of arrival. Longer stays and bigger crews are worked out on the price page with examples.
How far the houses are from the work
Fourteen houses stand in eight city districts, so a crew usually sleeps on the right side of town rather than across it. The times below come from OSRM routing in free-flowing traffic, measured in September 2026.

Motorways matter as much as the estates. From the Siegburgstraße in Mengede the A 42 junction Dortmund-Bodelschwingh is 2.4 km and the A 2 junction Dortmund-Mengede 2.6 km, both about four minutes. From the four houses in the Scharnhorst district the A 2 junction Lünen-Süd lies between 2.4 and 6.4 km away, which is four to ten minutes.
Work clothes, cooking and the van
The kitchen carries a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils, so the evening meal does not depend on a takeaway. Beds are separate singles, the bathroom with shower belongs to the apartment, and there is a desk for the paperwork. Towels are the one thing to pack. Parking with a van is possible; tell us the number of vehicles in the enquiry so we can put the crew in a house that suits them.
From the first call to the key
Ring, write or use the form with three facts: how many people, which dates, which place of work. You get an offer naming the free rooms, the rate per room and night and the cleaning, and the apartment is held as soon as you confirm. Extending later is a matter of what is still free, so early warning helps.
