A bed after the late shift
You let yourself in whenever you turn up, at midnight as easily as at midday. There is no arrival window to hit and nobody to wait for, because the key is handled without a desk. We send the written check-in instructions before the arrival day, and they work the same at every house.
What a crew pays per night
A crew is billed head by head, from €15 net per person per night. The length of the stay, the size of the crew and the occupancy of the houses set the figure. Our contracts run with the employer, not with the individual worker.

Professional cleaners go through each apartment before an arrival, and that cleaning is charged once per apartment and stay, with the amount named in the offer. We take no deposit, and a booking can be cancelled free of charge until the day of arrival. Crews of four and upwards staying a month or longer are what our planning is built around. How far the houses are from the work
Fourteen houses stand in eight city districts, so a crew usually sleeps on the right side of town rather than across it. The times below come from OSRM routing in free-flowing traffic, measured in September 2026.

Motorways matter as much as the estates. From the Siegburgstraße in Mengede the A 42 junction Dortmund-Bodelschwingh is 2.4 km and the A 2 junction Dortmund-Mengede 2.6 km, both about four minutes. From the four houses in the Scharnhorst district the A 2 junction Lünen-Süd lies between 2.4 and 6.4 km away, which is four to ten minutes.
Work clothes, cooking and the van
The kitchen carries a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils, so the evening meal does not depend on a takeaway. Beds are separate singles, the bathroom with shower belongs to the apartment, and there is a desk for the paperwork. Towels are the one thing to pack. Parking with a van is possible; tell us the number of vehicles in the enquiry so we can put the crew in a house that suits them.
From the first call to the key
Ring, write or use the form with three facts: how many people, which dates, which place of work. You get an offer naming the free rooms, the rate per person and night and the cleaning, and the apartment is held as soon as you confirm. The answer is with you within one working day. Extending later is a matter of what is still free, so early warning helps.

Frequently asked questions
What does a night cost for a working crew?
We charge by the head, from €15 net per person per night. How high it goes depends on the length of the assignment, the number of people and how full the houses are. The figure is worked out for your crew and named in the offer we send the employer.
Can a crew start on Monday if we ring on Friday?
Often yes, as long as rooms are still free for those dates. Give us the number of people, the arrival day and the place of work, and you hear on the phone what is left. We never confirm rooms before checking the occupancy.
Where do the men wash their site clothes?
A washing machine belongs to every apartment, so a full week of work clothes never has to go to a launderette. Detergent comes from the crew's own bag. Drying happens in the apartment.
Is there room for two vans overnight?
Parking with vans works, and we plan it before you confirm. Give us the number of vehicles with the dates. Garages and parking spaces belong to the house at Rheinlanddamm 6.
How far is it from the house to the job?
That depends on the house we can offer. From the Apfelbaumweg in Wambel the KHS works on Juchostraße is 1 km or three minutes by car, from the Lantfridweg the Aplerbeck-Süd estate 0.5 km or one minute. Both times are by car in free-flowing traffic.
What is the shortest booking you take?
Seven nights. There is no upper limit, and crews that stay a month or several are the everyday case. Long assignments are quoted as a monthly rate in the written offer.
What does the crew have to pack?
Towels, detergent and food. Bed linen is on the beds when you arrive, and the kitchen holds crockery, pots, a kettle and a coffee machine. Cleaners go through the apartment before every arrival.
Do you deal with us in English?
Yes. Phone calls, e-mails and the written offer are all handled in English. Send the dates, the number of people and the place of work, and you get the free rooms and the rate in writing.
