A buyer in Stuttgart books beds in Dortmund for people she has never met, and she is judged on two things: that the crew has somewhere to sleep, and that the paperwork survives the audit. What purchasing has to hand over
Four facts carry an offer: how many people, which dates, which place of work, how many vehicles. From those we name the free rooms, the rate per room and night and the final cleaning. Nothing is held until you confirm in writing, and nothing is confirmed before we have checked the occupancy. We keep more than 800 of our own beds across Germany, and Porsche, BMW and Amazon have put staff up in them.
One invoice with the VAT shown
The stay can be billed on a single document covering the whole team, with the tax stated separately. Where a supply goes to a company for its business, German law requires the invoice to be issued within six months of the stay under § 14 UStG. A firm entitled to deduct input tax may claim the VAT we show, under the statutory conditions of § 15 UStG. How your own deduction works out is a question for your tax adviser, not for us.

All rates include statutory German VAT, and the final cleaning is €160.50 per apartment and stay. A crew of six in two three-bed rooms for 21 nights comes to €1,213.38 for the beds, or €1,373.88 with one apartment's cleaning. Putting the crew near the site
Fourteen houses in eight city districts mean a team can sleep on the side of town where it works. From Rheinlanddamm 6 the exhibition grounds are 3.2 km and six minutes by car, the port 4.7 km and nine minutes. From the Apfelbaumweg in Wambel the airport is 7.5 km and fourteen minutes, and the REWE distribution site on Asselner Hellweg 4.3 km and eight minutes. All those times assume free-flowing traffic and come from routing data of September 2026. Tell us the site address and we suggest the house that shortens the daily drive.
Documenting where your people sleep
Annex 4.4 of the German Workplaces Ordinance obliges an employer to document accommodation in shared quarters: the addresses, the capacity, which employee lives where, and for how long. The record has to be available at the place of work from the day the accommodation starts and kept for four weeks afterwards. The ordinance describes such quarters as accommodation used jointly by several employees and by at least four people in total. Whether one of our flats falls under that wording depends on how your staff actually use it, and the judgement is yours. The duty stays with the employer even when somebody else provides the rooms, as the ordinance makes clear. What we can do is hand you the address, the capacity and the exact booking period for every flat, in a form you can file.
Arrival, keys and changes of plan
Check-in runs around the clock, so a crew that lands late or leaves the motorway at midnight still gets in. Nobody has to be there to hand over a key. Extending works while the rooms stay free, and cancelling costs nothing up to the day of arrival.
