What purchasing has to hand over
Four facts carry an offer: how many people, which dates, which place of work, how many vehicles. From those we name the free rooms, the rate per person and night and the final cleaning, normally within one working day. Nothing is held until you confirm in writing, and nothing is confirmed before we have checked the occupancy. We keep more than 800 of our own beds across Germany, and Porsche, BMW and Amazon have put staff up in them.
One invoice for the whole team
The stay is billed on one document covering the whole team, with the nights and the cleaning as separate lines, so your costing can be checked line by line. One invoice stands even when the crew sleeps in three of our houses; only the final cleaning is counted per apartment. The billing address, the order number and the booking period go on the document if you send them with the enquiry.
What the rooms cost your firm
The rate for a team is a head count figure, from €15 net per person per night. How long the crew stays, how many people come and how full the houses are move it. A crew of four or more on an assignment of a month or longer is the case our planning is built around.

The final cleaning belongs to the flat rather than to the head count: it is charged once per apartment and stay, and the amount stands in the offer. Putting the crew near the site
Fourteen houses in eight city districts mean a team can sleep on the side of town where it works. From Rheinlanddamm 6 the exhibition grounds are 3.2 km and six minutes by car, the port 4.7 km and nine minutes. From the Apfelbaumweg in Wambel the airport is 7.5 km and fourteen minutes, and the REWE distribution site on Asselner Hellweg 4.3 km and eight minutes. All those times assume free-flowing traffic and come from routing data of September 2026. Tell us the site address and we suggest the house that shortens the daily drive.
The paperwork your own records need
For every flat we hand you the address, the number of beds, the room type and the exact booking period for each person, in writing and in a form you can file. It comes with the offer and again with the confirmation, so nobody has to reconstruct it from e-mails at the end of the assignment.
When the crew changes mid-assignment we carry the list forward to the new period. One person on our side handles the booking from the first enquiry to the final invoice, which means your site manager and your purchasing desk speak to the same contact. Across Germany we keep more than 800 of our own beds, and in Dortmund alone we can house up to 300 people at a time.
Arrival, keys and changes of plan
Check-in runs around the clock, so a crew that lands late or leaves the motorway at midnight still gets in. Nobody has to be there to hand over a key. Extending works while the rooms stay free, and cancelling costs nothing up to the day of arrival. How many people can you house in Dortmund?
Across our houses in the city we can put up to 300 people under a roof. Crews of four and upwards on assignments of a month or more are the everyday case. The offer then names the flats we hold and how your people are split across them.
Do we get one invoice for the whole team?
Yes. The whole stay is billed on one document for the team, even when your people sleep in more than one house. Tell us the billing address when you enquire.
What happens if the team grows mid-assignment?
Tell us the extra heads and the dates, and we look at the same house first. Where nothing is left there, we offer the nearest house to your site. The added people join the same booking and the same invoice.
What do you need from us for an offer?
Number of people, arrival and departure dates, the place of work and the number of vehicles. With those four facts we can name free rooms and a rate. Anything else, such as shift patterns, only refines the allocation.
Does the rate change if we book regularly?
Terms for recurring assignments are a matter for a conversation, not for a web page. Tell us how often your crews come to Dortmund and over what period. The rate in your written offer applies until something else is agreed in writing.
How soon do we hear back?
Within one working day of an enquiry that names people, dates and the place of work. The line is staffed on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm. Check-in itself runs around the clock, so a late arrival needs no appointment.
What happens if an assignment is cancelled?
Cancellation is free of charge until the day of arrival, and we ask for no deposit. A site start that slips by two weeks therefore costs nothing. Let us know early and we try to hold the rooms for the new dates.
Do you correspond with us in English?
Yes, by telephone and by e-mail. Offers, confirmations and invoices can all be issued in English. German and Polish are available as well, whichever suits the person doing the booking.
