What a night costs per person
We count heads rather than doors, because a planner books people and an invoice can be checked against the names on it. Three things move the figure: how long the team stays, how many people come, and how full the flats they sleep in are. Teams of four and upwards on assignments of a month or longer are the everyday case here.

What the offer states
An offer needs four facts: how many people, which dates, which place of work, how many vehicles. With those we check the occupancy in the houses that suit the site and write back, normally within one working day. Nothing is held before you confirm, and nothing on paper changes afterwards without your agreement.

Why the cleaning sits with the flat
Cleaners work through a whole apartment before a new team moves in: rooms, kitchen, bathroom. That is one job for one flat, so it is charged once per apartment and stay, regardless of how many people slept there. The amount follows the flat and is therefore named in the offer rather than here. It is the only charge on top of the nightly rate, and you see it before you confirm.
What the price covers
Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, bed linen on separate single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a desk. Cleaning before your arrival is part of the deal; towels are the one thing to bring. Parking with a van is possible, so state the number of vehicles when you enquire.
Long assignments
A site that runs for months is planned differently from a week's work, and the offer follows that: long stays are quoted as a monthly rate for the people and rooms you hold. Ask for it with the enquiry, because the figure belongs in the written offer rather than in a phone call. What does a stay cost?
People are counted one by one, from €15 net per person per night. Where the figure lands depends on the length of stay, the number of people and the occupancy. We let to firms and their crews. What your own booking costs stands in the written offer.
Is the final cleaning charged per person?
No, it is charged per stay rather than per head. One flat with three people in it carries the same cleaning charge as one flat with two, and the amount is named in the offer. Teams filling several flats carry it for each flat, added into one total.
Why is there a minimum of seven nights?
The rates are built for assignments, not for overnight stops, so every booking runs from seven nights. There is no maximum, and extending is possible while the rooms stay free. Shorter stays are not on offer.
Do you take a deposit?
No deposit is taken at any point. Cancellation costs nothing up to the day of arrival, so a project that slips does not become an invoice. Payment terms are set out in the written offer.
Can we extend at the same rate?
The rate in your written offer holds for the period that offer names, and an extension is quoted on the same basis while the rooms stay free. Tell us early, because another crew may have asked for those dates already.

Can we mix room types in one booking?

The same basis applies across our houses in the city, and the rate follows the stay rather than the address. What differs between them is the location, the transport links and the size of the flats. Which house you get depends on what is free for your dates.
