Most enquiries start with one question: what does this actually cost for six people over three weeks? Below is the answer in figures, without a form in between. Two people in a double room for the seven-night minimum pay €149.80 for the beds and €310.30 once the flat's final cleaning is counted. The rate card
Prices are counted per room and night. A room costs the same whether one person or two sleep in it, which is why a double room is the cheapest way to house a pair.

Statutory German VAT is included in each figure, and the invoice states the tax separately. There is no deposit, cancellation is free until the day of arrival, and the rate card is dated September 2026.
Eight stays worked out in advance
The totals below add the final cleaning of one apartment to the accommodation. Where a team fills more than one flat, the cleaning is charged for each of them, so those totals are quoted in the offer instead of guessed here.

Why the cleaning sits with the flat
Cleaners work through a whole apartment before a new team moves in: rooms, kitchen, bathroom. That is one job for one flat, so it is charged once per apartment and stay, at €160.50, regardless of how many people slept there. It is the only charge on top of the nightly rate, and it is always named in the offer before you confirm.
What the price covers
Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, bed linen on separate single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a desk. Cleaning before your arrival is part of the deal; towels are the one thing to bring. Parking with a van is possible, so state the number of vehicles when you enquire.
Stays beyond three months
Up to three months the nightly rates apply as they stand. Beyond that we quote a monthly price on request, worked out from the number of people and the rooms you hold.
